Having a tent pole break during a trip can be a downer. It’s often easily solved by carrying a tent repair kit which includes a length of alloy tubing to solve the issue.

• 2 mesh screen patches
• 2 spools nylon thread
• 1 #4 needle
• 3 ferrel tubes
• 45" shock cord
• 1/2 oz. Seam Seal
• Reusable Ziploc bag

TIP: You can often use that same length of tubing to place over a broken clutch or brake lever.
