In June 2010, thirty two riders took a paved-road tour of Oregon that essentially felt like a ride through a foreign country. Now you can take the tour. The ride departs from the Mt. Hood area, heads south to Grants Pass and then north to the final stop in Astoria. All roads are paved (with the exception of two short strips under reconstruction). Enjoy the twisties of the Clackamas River, the bare lava lands near the Three Sisters, a stunning national park and the many tertiary routes that wind you through the Coastal Range where few riders ever go. Mile after mile, corner after corner it just gets better with each day. Ride it all at once, or take it in bits and pieces as you follow the nine legs provided in the tour book and GPS files.
